Kindred Hearts was founded by Mikall Powell and Misti Stangel in order to provide quality home and community-based services while promoting individual independence to the fullest extent possible.

Mikall Powell brings an enthusiastic approach from her career and education in social work. She brings knowledge from functioning in multiple capacities during her work with support coordination, in addition to her invaluable work in the provider community. With over 11 years in the field of Intellectual disAbilities, Misti Stangel brings not only a passion for helping individuals with disabilities but has acquired valuable experience from previous work in various positions in both provider settings and support coordination capacities. Program Manager - Erin Roane
Erin Roane attended Hartwick College and has worked in the field for over 15 years. She has worked diligently in several capacities including: direct care, supervisory, program specialist, quality assurance and program manager. She has served on several committees as an advocate for equal rights and opportunities for fair treatment for those with mental and physical disabilities. She has made it her life mission to make sure that individuals have the opportunity to fulfill their dreams.
